OTP 2022 Hub - National Gallery of Ireland

Saturday 25th March - In-Person with Virtual

The National Gallery of Ireland was opened to the public in 1864. It was founded as a free national collection which is accessible to all. Over 150 years later this is still the focus of the Gallery. Our mission is to care for, interpret, develop and showcase art in a way that makes the National Gallery of Ireland a beautiful place to encounter art. We provide an outstanding experience that inspires an interest in and an appreciation of art for all. We are dedicated to bringing people and their art together.

This year the OUTing the Past Ireland Festival is in partnership with multiple institutions across the island of Ireland. It will run across three weeks from 18th March to 10th April and fifteen sites. The Gallery will be playing host to a fascinating mix of talks and workshops focused on discussion and fun engagement.

The full programme of talks, tours, activities and music will be announced soon – watch this space!
